01Process

How a BVS site gets built.

Plain-English stages, a clear written scope, and a site you can actually edit afterwards. Scroll to watch one come together.

01

Scope

A no-pressure conversation about features, platform, timeline and cost. Agreed in writing before any work begins.

02

Design

Sharp, on-brand layouts that make your offer obvious and the next step easy — designed mobile-first.

03

Build

WordPress & Elementor builds, or custom code where it earns its place. Clean, fast and editable by you.

04

Secure & launch

SSL, a hosting pathway through InfuzedIT, SEO foundations, and form delivery tested end to end — then real support.

02Services

Everything a business needs online, from one technician-led studio.

01

Websites

WordPress & Elementor builds for Victorian businesses: local-service copy, a clear quote pathway, SEO foundations and a hosting pathway that doesn’t leave you with a faceless host.

  • WordPress
  • Elementor Pro
  • Local SEO
  • Quote forms
02

Custom software

Software that almost exists — built the way you need it. Desktop programs, mobile apps, admin dashboards, booking and club systems, quote workflows and automation tools, scoped and agreed in writing first.

  • Windows apps
  • iOS & Android
  • Dashboards
  • Automation
03

Security tooling

AuditKit Pro and BVS CyberKit: read-only audit toolkits with a technician workflow and client-safe reporting. Ongoing cybersecurity monitoring is delivered through accelIT.

  • AuditKit Pro
  • Read-only checks

Hosting and domain support through InfuzedIT (optional pathway from $240/year), and managed IT, cloud migration and monitoring through accelIT. Introductions only — delivered by those teams.

  • InfuzedIT
  • accelIT
  • SSL
  • Domains
05

Drone media

An optional aerial footage add-on: hero visuals, banners and social video assets that give properties, venues and trade work a premium, established feel.

  • Aerial video
  • Hero banners
  • Social assets
03Security

Security isn’t an add-on. Defend the site.

Every build ships with SSL, hardened WordPress basics and a real support pathway. For PCs and networks, AuditKit Pro runs deep, read-only checks across firewall, Defender, remote access, accounts and network, then produces a branded report. It never changes the PC it inspects.

  • Read-only audit checks, client-safe reports
  • SSL & secure hosting pathway via InfuzedIT

04Apps we build

Every app we are building, with honest numbers.

Pick an app to see what it does, who it suits, what it costs next to the alternatives, its pros and cons, and an AI audit score out of 10. Each score is an AI desk review (Claude, 11/10/2026) of the project’s documents, tests and open issues across five criteria, not an independent lab test. Competitor prices come from third-party trackers, are approximate and may have changed.

AuditKit Pro

Read-only security audits for Windows PCs, with reports you can hand to a client.

  • Windows desktop
  • Ready to buy by email
Screenshot of AuditKit Pro

What it is

Runs technician-grade, read-only checks across Windows security, updates, backup readiness, browser privacy, local administrator risk, remote-access exposure and hardware health, then writes a branded report. It never changes the PC it inspects.

Why it is useful

Most small-business PCs are never properly checked. AuditKit gives a repeatable, evidence-based health report in minutes, without agents or settings changes, so problems get found before they cost money.

Best suited to

  • IT technicians and managed-service providers checking client PCs
  • Small businesses with no in-house IT
  • Consultants who need a clear report to hand over

Nessus Essentialsfree, limited to 16 IP addresses

Nessus is a broader network scanner, so this is a price context, not a like-for-like feature match.

Pros

  • One-off price, no subscription
  • Strictly read-only: it never changes the PC
  • Branded reports that clients understand
  • Includes future v3.x updates

Cons

  • Windows only
  • Installer is not code-signed yet, so SmartScreen may warn
  • Purchase is by email until the online store is live
  • Audits a PC; it does not replace antivirus, patching or backups

PhoneAudit & HackedScans

A health check for your own phone, plus a scan for stalkerware.

  • Android & iPhone
  • In development
Screenshot of PhoneAudit and HackedScans

What it is

Checks your phone’s patch level, risky permissions, accessibility services and sideloaded apps, and is designed to compare installed apps with the public Coalition Against Stalkerware indicator list (the list inside the app is currently only a small sample, to be replaced with the full list before release). Also includes a burned-phone wizard and an SMS phishing explainer tuned for Australian scams (myGov, ATO, Linkt, banks).

Why it is useful

Stalkerware and over-permissioned apps are hard to spot. The app explains each finding in plain language and gives safety-first advice, including getting help from a different device first.

Best suited to

  • People worried their phone is being monitored
  • Support workers who help people leave unsafe situations
  • Small businesses auditing phones they own

Pros

  • Defensive: inspects only the phone it is installed on
  • Australian scam detection built in
  • Safety-first guidance when something is found
  • Honest about what each platform cannot do

Cons

  • Only 2 of 9 defence tools are fully built (burned-phone wizard, SMS scam explainer); the rest are previews or information
  • Tested on an Android emulator only (12/10/2026), not yet on a real phone

FreightShield

Checks an owner-driver’s pay against their own contract and builds the dispute evidence.

  • Web + Android
  • Web live, Android in testing
Screenshot of FreightShield

What it is

Reads payslips and line items, checks them against the driver’s own contract rates, flags shortfalls such as unpaid detention or levies, keeps documents in one vault with expiry alerts, and prepares a pack to send to the carrier.

Why it is useful

Owner-drivers can lose hundreds of dollars a week to pay errors that are hard to spot. FreightShield checks against your own contract, not a generic rate, and keeps the evidence organised.

Best suited to

  • Australian owner-drivers and subcontractors
  • Drivers paid on contract rates
  • Family members who handle the bookkeeping

Pros

  • Line-item pay engine matched a real carrier’s pack to the cent
  • Document vault with expiry alerts
  • Web app is live today

Cons

  • Only one carrier’s pay structure has been validated so far

Help Me Home

One hold of a button starts a 60-minute safety session to get you home.

  • Android first
  • In development
Screenshot of Help Me Home

What it is

Hold “Help Me Home” to start a session. The app searches Uber and DiDi options, and if your saved payment fails, a trusted contact can approve the exact ride amount without seeing card-failure details, your route or your location.

Why it is useful

When you are tired, overwhelmed or lost, managing a ride calmly is the hardest part. The app removes the steps and keeps a trusted person in the loop.

Best suited to

  • People heading home late: students, hospitality staff, nights out
  • Parents of young adults
  • Anyone who wants a trusted-contact backstop

Cons

Why it is useful

A hangover is largely predictable, and small nudges such as water and a checklist genuinely help. The ride buttons make the safe choice the easy choice.

Best suited to

  • Adult Australians (18+) who drink socially
  • Anyone who wants a nudge to pace their night

3D Cabinet Studio & Estimator

Design cabinets in 3D and get a ballpark estimate before the first phone call.

  • In your browser
  • Unfinished, in live testing
Screenshot of 3D Cabinet Studio and Estimator

What it is

A browser tool where a customer designs cabinets, benchtops, vanities, wardrobes and more in a live 3D view, builds a project list across 11 areas (kitchen to car fitout), and gets a ballpark estimate from materials, labour, benchtop area, travel to their suburb and GST. The list can then be sent to the cabinet maker. It is not finished: it currently runs as an “under construction” beta behind a password, and every figure it shows is marked indicative.

Why it is useful

Cabinet makers lose time quoting from vague descriptions. Customers see what they are asking for and a rough price up front, and the maker receives a structured list instead of a phone message.

Best suited to

  • Cabinet makers and joinery shops
  • Kitchen, wardrobe and vanity installers who quote from customer sketches

Through BVSDesigns’ connection with InfuzedIT, clients can access website hosting and domain support with a more direct technical support pathway than dealing with unknown third-party providers.

  • Hosting & server pathway
  • Domain registration & management
  • Website space & resources
  • SSL & security basics
  • Clear technical support pathway
  • Priority communication via direct connection

Optional hosting pathway from $240/year. Domain registration is separate unless quoted.

Business IT support pathway through accelIT

Some businesses need more than a website. They need stable systems, secure networks, cloud services, remote support, endpoint monitoring, ticketing systems and professional IT management. Through BVSDesigns’ connection with accelIT, businesses can be introduced to a professional IT provider that can help modernise outdated infrastructure and support cloud-based operations.

  • Proactive monitoring & managed support
  • Cloud service integration & migration
  • Secure networks & remote support
  • Ticketing & structured IT management
  • Cybersecurity monitoring
  • Endpoint monitoring & system health checks

Introductions only — managed IT services are delivered by accelIT.

A typical web host

Most people buy hosting from a large provider on its own, and the website developer, the domain registrar and the host are three separate companies.

  • Support is usually a ticket queue or chat agent who does not know your website
  • They look after the server only: if the site breaks, “that’s your developer’s problem”
  • When something fails, you are the go-between for the host, the registrar and the developer
  • Low introductory prices often renew higher, and extras such as email or SSL help can cost more
  • Email deliverability is rarely checked, so website enquiry emails can quietly go to spam

Hosting through InfuzedIT with BVSDesigns

The same cPanel-style hosting you would expect, but set up and looked after by the people who built your site.

  • One place to go: BVSDesigns knows your site, your domain and your hosting setup
  • Domain, DNS, SSL and hosting handled together instead of in three different logins
  • A direct line to a technician, not a call centre
  • Contact-form email set up properly and tested until it reaches an inbox
  • Optional pathway from $240/year, with no lock-in contract from BVSDesigns

Honest trade-offs: InfuzedIT is a smaller Australian provider, so it does not offer the global scale or add-on marketplace of the biggest hosts. Ask for current terms before you sign. Disclosure: BVSDesigns has a direct working relationship with InfuzedIT and accelIT, so this is a recommendation, not an independent review. Hosting is optional; I can build and launch a site on any host you already use.
